You agree not to use the Service to:
- Scrape, Crawl, or Harvest Data: Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service, or use automated means to access or extract data without VoidZero’s express written consent.
- Engage in Illegal, Harmful, or Fraudulent Activities: Post, transmit, host, or distribute unlawful, abusive, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content, including any content that promotes or depicts child sexual exploitation or abuse, or engage in unlawful or harmful activities.
- Abuse Network Resources or Service Capacity: Impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure, including intentionally uploading excessive amounts of data, using Services solely as a remote storage server, or otherwise abusing the Service in a manner that degrades performance for others, especially for the purpose of evading payment or financial obligations.
- Violate Security or Integrity: Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security of, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
- Send Unsolicited Communications: Transmit spam, chain letters, unsolicited bulk email, or other forms of unsolicited messages or advertising.
- Infringe Intellectual Property or Privacy Rights: Infringe upon intellectual property (including copyrights) or privacy rights, or collect personal information from other users without proper consent.
- Resell or Misuse the Service: Resell, rent, lease, or otherwise provide the Service to third parties, use the Service for cryptocurrency mining, proxies, VPNs, or other unauthorized commercial purposes, or intentionally misuse the Service to avoid payment or financial responsibility.
- Impersonate or Misrepresent: Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation or identity.
- Bypass Access or Usage Restrictions: Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or defeat any access or usage restrictions, authentication, or security measures, including using the Service to bypass network restrictions or access non-public services.
- Transmit Malicious Content: Upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, malware, worms, Trojan horses, corrupted files, or any other items intended to damage or interfere with the operation of the Service or any other system, network, or data.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this Acceptable Use Policy. In the event of a suspected or actual violation, VoidZero may, in its sole discretion:
- remove or disable access to content or deployments
- restrict or suspend services
- suspend or terminate accounts
- cooperate with law enforcement where required by law
You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation related to your use of the Service and to take any remedial actions reasonably requested by VoidZero.
